Sam, Luke, Dylan, and I sat down and said what we actually do. Not the tagline. The jobs. Local Service Spotlight builds the personal-brand sites. High Rise Influence runs the academy. Dennis is the coach over both.
If you have been watching the stage videos and wondering who is in the group chat, this is that roster.
Who does what?
Sam is the engineer: sites, automations, AI tools, less time per result for a plumber or an HVAC owner. Luke builds the Facebook creatives, sits with the client, and keeps the site from rotting. Dylan came in as a content operator — Descript, client sites, ads with Luke, academy coaching — after a career already documented in public as a dunker. I run High Rise Academy: get the student what they need so the business they represent gets calls.
Dylan will underplay it. He has north of 100 million views across his channels. That is why we put him on DigiMarCon. The academy still makes him send a weekly report like everyone else.
How do the two companies fit?
I said it on the recording: High Rise Academy, through High Rise Influence, is the sister operation to Local Service Spotlight. We partner. Sam helps build the tools the students use. Dennis Yu is the guidance. If you need the site, that is LSS. If you need a young adult running the factory on a live account, that is the academy.
The syllabus is the apprentice overview. This page is the people.
