The AI Apprentice Program, With Dennis Yu

Dennis hosts this overview. I coach inside it. The AI Apprentice Program is not a certificate you wait out. You graduate when the weekly report shows the Content Factory driving real calls for a live local business — usually a parent’s company.

That is the 24-minute breakdown: who it is for, who should stay out, Thursday office hours, and why we will hand you a client if you show up without one. Theoretical homework is not the product.

Live coaching is the point. We do not mail a course and disappear.

Who is this actually for?

Young in mind. Usually a son or daughter running marketing for a US local service business — plumber, roofer, HVAC, landscaper, dentist, attorney. Dennis’s line in the video is the filter: agencies burned the parent three times, the parent is still a plumber, and the kid can learn.

Ethan Murphy started on his dad’s landscaping company. He did the work well enough that other landscapers and Christmas-light companies followed. That is the pattern we want. Not a classroom. An apprentice on a live job, the way a trade works.

What do we measure?

Phone calls. Cost per lead we already know in the verticals we coach. Weekly reports even if you are on vacation or still in school. Three minutes is better than silence. You are not done because a calendar year ended. You are done when you can run Produce, Process, Post, Promote on a real account and the numbers move.

If you arrive without a client because you paid your own tuition, we assign one. This is not memorize-for-the-exam. Dennis’s cooking line is the one I repeat: we do not want you to talk about food. We want you to cook.

Where do I sit, and where does Dylan sit?

I founded High Rise Influence. High Rise Academy is how we train the apprentices. Dennis Yu is the coach who built the factory and still teaches Thursday. Dylan Haugen came through the same door — professional dunker, huge social proof, then the systems. Sam builds tools. Luke runs ads. The overview video is Dennis. The short “why this exists” video is the three of us:

I say it there: this did not exist when I was 13. I bought and resold watches. I wanted an outlet that was not “figure it out in the dark.” That is the program.

What is not included?

We are not a dumping ground. Bring the problem after you tried the checklist. US-based young adults on local work. Group coaching, Facebook group, SOPs. We invest heavily, which is why we are blunt about fit. If you want a degree, go get a degree. If you want to demonstrate you can fly the plane, this is closer to a trade.

Parents who want the young-adult talk without the syllabus should watch the conversation on self-limiting beliefs.
